The Good Land
As a mother, and grandmother, I understand the importance of good nutrition and healthy
life-style choices. Good nutritional preference is not only a daily priority; it
must be a lifestyle of quality choices. I am a nurse working in the field of gastroenterology.
Daily I see what effects “nutritional choices”, good or bad, have on overall health.
The human body, much like the earth, must have the necessary “nutrients” for optimal function. It is my passion to research and understand how delicately the two are inter-related and help others to make superior nutritional choices to better achieve overall health and well-being.
I am an honors graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have worked in the corporate banking industry, and general contractor construction. In 1997 I co-founded a photography business that is currently still in operation.
Good nutrition, daily physical activity, and healthy life-style choices, all play a role in helping us be “all that we can be”.
